Every organization has a specific history, which contributes in its slow and steady progress, helping in strengthening its foundation. We, Max Group of Companies, are pleased to narrate a story to be proud of. To begin with, the word 'Max' has been derived from the German dictionary, which suggests ''gaining maximum profits in a business." This is a statement that best describes our corporate entity, which was first established under the title M/s Max Traders in the year 1968 by Mr. Navin Jobalia, one of the promoters of the Max Group. Since then, the firm started prospering by receiving a good number of orders through various tenders. We started receiving an impressive number of orders from government houses and the railway department for teleprinter rolls and tapes with immense support and assistance from the State Bank of India in 1970. Our hi-tech machineries like Heidelberg Machine, Slitting Machine, Rewinding Machine to slit the teleprinter rolls and tapes were largely responsible for our smooth operations. However, unfortunately Mr. Navin Jobalia passed away in 1972 and the responsibility of running the business then came over the shoulders of his brother, Mr. Rajnikant Jobalia.

Once again, our firm gained back its superior position and started receiving bulk orders through tenders under the leadership of Mr. Rajnikant Jobalia, even after facing a short lean period. In addition, the firm started reflecting immense growth in its turnover by trading in a new business of paper. Till 1982, the business was going on quite well and we were able to overcome all the hurdles that blocked our way. However, after 1982, the business did not turn out to be very lucrative due to the marginal pressure faced through the market competition. Yet, at this juncture, Mr. Rajnikant Jobalia succeeded in gaining dealership in the trading and importing of Graphic Art Film, phototypesetting paper from AGFA India Pvt. Ltd. (Belgium 100) and Paper.

During this period, that is, in 1982, Mr. Hitesh Jobalia, the son of Mr. Rajnikant Jobalia entered the business in his youthful age, when he was studying for his degree course in printing technology. This proved to be an asset for our company because of his acquaintance with all the photographic and printing techniques. Besides, he was brimming up with vigor and vitality with a very bright vision in terms of increment of sales and profits. Today, he is a brilliant example of experience and energy. Under his guidance and efforts, the Group has witnessed a massive turnover and possesses 7 offices i.e Chennai, Bangalore, Cochin, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad & Kolkata. Presently, the Max Group has become a very well-known and reputed company in PRINTING, GRAPHIC AND SIGNAGE INDUSTRY.

Infrastructure
We are backed up by modern warehouses at Bhiwandi, New Mumbai and Elphinstone Road. At Bhiwandi, we have got 50000 sq. ft. shaft warehouses and qualified and experienced managers to look after daily transactions. We have our own offices at Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Surat, Cochin and Kolkata.
